How do these important characters look, dress?
I am working on a variety of portraits of the family members, English and Native, as well as food, architecture, possessions. I have more to go. I want to be as accurate as possible. Visiting Montreal in 2016, I got to see important locations in the Deerfield Project, Fort Chambly, and Château Ramezay, but I missed the Kahnawake reservation, Sorel, Sault Ste- Marie.
Questions:
- Can I, as a white American depict 18th century, Canadian, native life? Eunice and I have some similar background.
