As a grad student on the UX Research team at a global software corporation, I was to explore potential sociability of cloud products, seeking opportunity to interject change and interactive improvements on live products.
Here is an example of remote user studies I conducted on a live product in 2013. The focus of this research was on the efficiency participants completed each task.
